Cuten -An intelligent security transceiver for secured smart grip ecosystem
Introduction
Recognising that even a temporary shortage of energy supply could result in significant economic loss, or worse yet possible loss of life, the many governments around the world has identified energy as one of its critical national infrastructure (CNI) sectors.
Hackers prey on systems in desperate need of modernisation which, if penetrated, could lead to devastating consequences. Cybercriminals have identified electric utility grids as prime targets for disruption activities, the energy industry has become the recipient of a disproportionate number of cyber-related attacks. Legacy systems (such as electric power grid, oil and gas, train transportation etc) are reliable but insecure to cyber-attacks.
Cuten is an intelligent security transceiver product that is designed to enable the deployment of a safe smart grid ecosystem.
Technology Feature
CUTEn is a security transceiver that acts as a Bump-in-the-Wire security device in Industrial Control System (ICS) of legacy systems and Internet-of-Things (IoT) applications. It contains homegrown and world-widely used cryptographic algorithms and cryptographic protocol to provide data confidentiality, data integrity and data-origin authentication through Encryption, Authenticated Encryption and Authentication
This innovative product has advanced security feature which involves 3 security algorithm for each security processing and is non-deterministic.

Agile Home Energy Management System for Smart Home Conversion
Introduction
An AI-implemented home energy management system (HEMS) named “GreenZ HEMS TM” developed, which converts any existing conventional premise with ordinary electrical appliances to an energy-efficient smart home. The overall power consumption of the ordinary premise is optimized to reduce energy usage without affecting any comfort. “GreenZ HEMS TM” consists of a novel smart controller and smart plugs to monitor and control the overall power consumption of the premise. This smart system can manage the operation of the electrical appliances of any premise to run either on the renewable energy (RE) system or grid on an hourly basis to comply with tariff options.
The optional battery - bank is recharged through the supply controller from RE(Solar) during day - time and from the grid during nighttime when the electricity tariff is lower.Moreover, the system can prioritize the electrical appliances based on the dweller’ s usage priority, which is defined in advance to optimize the electricity consumption to a certain limit as well as without obstructing any living comfort in the premise.

Smart Encrypter Application - Smart SENTM
Introduction
A smart and secure encrypter application (Smart SENTM App) dedicated to generate a quick response (QR) code that can be used to perform so many services and tasks. There is a variety of data types that can be used as an input for the Smart SENTM App.
Processing of these inputs will generate highly secured patterns of QR codes. Image encryption has been used by many applications due to its importance to protect contents. Numerous techniques have been applied on images to produce an encrypted image in a different form of data that is not readable. Smart SENTM App can be applied as a smart key, smart lock, smart tracker, queue mana g ement tool , file - encrypted transferring tool, etc. The proposed applications can be used by many parties access smart devices and other digital devices.so that the senders can submit contents in an encrypted form while the receivers able to get it and re-use it to access smart devices and other digital devices.

- To increase the security, the encryption scheme can be performed periodically using short intervals of time; e.g., hourly or 24-hourly basis.
- Three strong security layers are used so that unknown textual forms will be produced if an attempt of un-authorized decryption has occurred.
- Energy management:
Smart SENTM app is designed in such a way to allow its code to perform encryption scheme in a less computation time to reduce processors’ computation time so that when a huge number of devices is engaged via Smart SENTM App, they can be managed. This feature has contributed to the energy management and our green environment.

Multilayer based Image Encryptor (MIE) for IoT Applications
Introduction
MIE is an application performing a multilayer-based image-encrypted scheme producing a strong and secure textual data format so that unauthorized decryption(s) result in an unidentifiable, unknown, and meaningless textual data. MIE’s output is applied to IoT applications as a secure digital key performing smart tasks. MIE encrypts certain contents and information based on selected conditions and criteria. The encrypted form will be further encrypted and converted to another form for more security. MIE enables users receive a digital key to be used with other Internet of things (IoT)-based applications. Using smart digital keys, applications’ security in terms of privacy and confidentiality, can be preserved. MIE App is cheap and easy-to-use with small size.
